Welcome to YOJA. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the YOJA mobile application and web platform (collectively, the “App”), owned and operated by Maukaz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the App.

  • By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.

2. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and login credentials.

  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • You must not share your account with others or use another person’s account without permission.

3. App Usage

You agree to use YOJA only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you must not:

  • Misuse or interfere with the App’s functionality.

  • Upload or share harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code.

  • Circumvent security features or attempt unauthorized access to the system.

4. Features & Services

YOJA provides modules for:

  • Safety & Reporting (hazard reporting, near-miss tracking, issue resolution).

  • Operations & Business Management (voucher entries, stock tracking, reporting).

  • Analytics & Insights (data-driven reports for safety managers, admins, and organizations).

We may update, enhance, or remove features at any time without prior notice.

5. Data Collection & Privacy

  • By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of personal and organizational data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not sell or share personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

  • Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded data (including employee details, reports, and documents) is lawful and accurate.

6. Subscription & Payments

  • Some features of YOJA may be offered under paid plans.

  • Fees, payment terms, and subscription details will be provided separately.

  • Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The App, including its design, features, and content, is the exclusive property of Maukaz Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for business purposes.

  • You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App without our written consent.

8. Third-Party Integrations

  • YOJA may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Uber, MenuLog, analytics tools).

  • We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of such services is subject to their terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or absolute security.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

  • Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting on the App or website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
